Airport welcome
Subject to arrival time, airport, teacher availability, safety and prior written confirmation. It is not automatically included in tuition and is not a guaranteed transport service.

Practical orientation
Possible support may include a supermarket, local transport, cultural venue or neighbourhood orientation. The learning objective and costs are confirmed first.

Student expenses
The student pays their own tickets, transport, food, purchases and external fees on the day. The teacher’s ordinary personal participation expenses are covered by the company.

Exceptional support
Extra practical help outside the normal programme can be discussed and separately quoted. The school may decline requests outside its competence or availability.
Clear boundary: The school does not advise which visa to apply for, assess legal eligibility, represent students before authorities, interpret medical symptoms, provide emergency response or give certified translation. It may indicate an independent local immigration lawyer if requested.
